We would like to share some important information regarding the Rody & Manon’s Locket PendantWe kindly ask that you insert the photo into the pendant in the same direction as shown in the attached image.
In addition, we would like to update you on some improvements made to the product.
During the final testing stage before mass production of the Locket Pendant, we discovered the following issues:
1. Depending on the photo size, the picture either became difficult to remove from the pendant or slipped out too easily.
2. The photo was sometimes damaged when pressed against the clasp area of the necklace.
To resolve these issues, we made the following improvements:
1. We added a circular cut toward the clasp area so that photos can be removed more easily while preventing them from being damaged by pressure.
2. We also created a dedicated space near the hinge to secure the photo more firmly, ensuring it does not slip out unintentionally.
We have also uploaded a related announcement on the project board of the Mobblez website.

로켓 펜던트 제품 최종 생산 전 테스트 과정에서
아래와 같은 문제가 발견되었습니다.
1.사진 사이즈에 따라 사진이 펜던트에서 잘 빠지지 않거나
너무 쉽게 빠지는 현상이 있었습니다.
2.사진이 목걸이 걸쇠 부분에 눌려 손상되었습니다.
이러한 문제를 개선하기 위해
1.사진이 목걸이 걸쇠 부분에 눌려 손상되지 않고, 사진을 쉽게 뺄 수 있도록 걸쇠 방향으로 원형 커팅을 하였습니다.
2.더불어 사진이 목걸이에서 쉽게 빠지진 않도록 경첩 부분에 사진을 끼울 수 있는 공간을 만들어 보완했습니다.
