@PeterAppel23 people see it as a 2 month rental. But they didn’t need him for April-July and saved 20 million doing this in August. So it was cheaper deal then doing it before the season started. Prospects will barely be felt. Maybe hope. But have de Paula w/1 OF spot avail in next 4 years

@ClayTravis Mets spend more. Just saying. Of the top 4-5 spending teams how many are winning their division’s? Tampa Bay was set up by same GM as dodgers. And they are still benefitting from his drafts and development pipeline. This all started AFTER dodgers got robbed of WS by the astros.

@greenberry26 @BlakeHHarris River may be 30 years old by the time he’s done with injuries and rehabs. Dude is 27 already and was a once was potential star. We have no room for hope + DP given Tucker and pages not going anywhere the next 4 years… so outside of the young kid who could be good or a bust.
