I figured something would do some good. The Citizens deserve a day of celebration after that clean-up they pulled off.

@SuzukiTCO The Puerto Rican festival was a few weeks ago. I made sure I knew at least a little.

[He’s fixing his sleeves now, keeping his power walk steady.]

But yes, absolutely. It’s almost the 4th of July in America, and I would be a liar if I said we didn’t have a bit of a grudge.

@SuzukiTCO A bike gives back to you. You can get around, and also become stronger for it. I like the principle.

Running a city is similar to that. Tiring and difficult, with a lot in the way. But I get great calves out of it, haha!

@SuzukiTCO [It’s a pleasant conversation, without any sort of suspicion or apprehension. She seems satisfied as soon as the small talk is over, and Mamdani has the phone back by his ear within minutes.]

@SuzukiTCO [He shakes his head. Not woke enough. He leans through the car window to whisper.]

@SuzukiTCO [He spins around in his Mayoral-way, pulling his phone out of his pocket and dialing. It seems to be a pretty pleasant, usual exchange, and he pulls away after a moment.]

She wants to say hi.
