ADMINISTRATIVE UPDATE
KOL requests: received.
Approvals: underway.
Giveaways: live.
Entry forms are available in the Collab office located in the second hallway.
The clerk will not be helping you fill them out.
most people see a chair jpeg.
the part that clicked for me is that a seat does nothing until you enroll it.
holding it pays you nothing. you enroll with $TMF, pick a share class, and that fee is what sets your vote and your cut of the dividends. half burns, half goes into your fund. the payout doesn’t even hit your wallet. it sits in the seat’s briefcase, and it goes with the chair if you sell it.
the bull case i actually buy is the small stuff. 4,001 seats, passes are soulbound, mergers only burn supply, mint eth goes into the funds, and the contracts have no owner, no upgrade, no pause. if people keep showing up on fridays, the loop is fees, burns, and a real claim. not just a floor.
i also applied for a board seat. my only qualification is arguing with strangers about expense ratios. if the fund underperforms, i’m blaming the guy who merged into the corner office.

Most blockchains are good at checking what happened on chain.
@GenLayer is trying something else: helping a network reason about what happened off chain.
That’s the idea behind Intelligent Contracts and why this project is worth watching.
