@Cloudflare your billing is broken and nobody responds to support tickets. Both automated and manual payments fail. "Try again later. The requested invoice was not found".
We just enabled Klarna/Afterpay/Affirm on our checkout system with no extra fees. Eligible customers in supported countries can now get 6 months interest free credit on us! Please press responsibly :)
@posthuman@cbrookmyre@chimpandy Korea is a perfect example of how music and culture can drive an entire country's global brand with massive economic benefits that run way beyond the arts.
It's getting harder to promote new music online so Mobineko are experimenting with a new free service to film a short custom promo showing your record being cut, plated or pressed. We want to help you sell your records! DM or contact your Mobineko account manager for details.
@posthuman @CastlesInSpace Fun fact: Our shipping bill last month was 5x all other costs combined including PVC, staff, energy. @FedEx and @UPS had record profits these last few quarters. They are milking "peak surchages" despite downturn in freight volumes. Pretty disgusting.
@timmhotep @sklutecase Building a good pressing plant is hard even with a massive budget and margins are tiny. Takes decades to get really good and nobody wants to work in a hot machine room with steam pipes any more. You have to be pretty nuts to want into this business...
@thebugzoo @bigfanofnoise We have a physical UK office but nothing in mainland Europe. We will ship to EU but you would have to factor in the VAT/customs issues which can be a pain in some countries. There are already a lot of great options for pressing in the EU.
@bigfanofnoise Hey Jordan, we LOVE to see this because it's exactly what we were going for. Most of us here have been around long enough to remember when you could press vinyl in 3 weeks. We're sure you will be stoked with your new records!
@Corbel_Stone @bigfanofnoise Hi, Mobineko Express is available in the UK too. Official estimate is 6-8 weeks but 90% of orders are shipping within 6 weeks.
@casey_anderson This depressing graph pretty much explains why. We are hoping it gets back to normal in a year or two but once shipping companies get a taste of extra profit they are loathe to reduce pricing.
@Prankrec@innercityuprise Just FYI we work with RTI in California who would have no problem growing compatible stampers from your mothers. Don't recommend trying to use really old stampers but no problem for mothers.
