I was absolutely inspired by a presentation today by @WoodyZuill about @mobprogramming. Invaluable principles for effective #programming and any other work that needs to be done.
@fosseng Awesome!
We mob 100 prevent of the time and love it.
However totally understand people experimenting with anything less than that. Run experiments, inspect, and adapt.
It’s different and exciting. It’s a solution to one the largest bottle necks in development; information sharing.
I’m still undecided on the ratio between mob vs individual programming. But somewhere between 100% to 20% of the time in mob is /surprisingly/ not bad.
I'm 100% now
I'm compiling a list of companies that have development teams who practice #MobProgramming for a presentation. Any help would be greatly appreciated. @WoodyZuill@mobprogramming@tottinge. Respond here or DM, they are open.
I got invited to the #MobProgramming2018 conference! Absolutely honored and excited to share and learn more about #MobProgramming. Hope to see you there! :-) https://t.co/B7gxJkXE3L

What a day! First introducing a new team to #MobProgramming, then coming back to my team just to find them #mobbing for the rest of the day, and finally hosting the #MoT Munich meetup trying first versions of my #MobProgramming2018 sessions 😊 Awesome.
