We can have a more nuanced conversation here. Sure private healthcare has its warts. But there are incentives for organizations to help their customers (aka patients) better. 90-day readmissions, for example, are costly for hospitals and stressful for their staff.

But tracking groups may be possible. 1) ID cohorts by connected individuals. 2) Collect data each cohort by replacing individual IDs with a cohort ID, then evaluate the cohort.

Connected individuals may be a proxy for attitude of the group.
