The simplest way of apprehending the culprit of Dr.Rahul Basumatary is that if they got fingerprints on the murder weapon/in the room they just have to scan on the Uidai's(Aadhaar) website then automatically if the culprit has registered.He will surely not escape.@Jorhat_Police
