@sfmta_muni I see a lot of excuses in the responses but bottom line is that I waited and the train didnt come, I had to ask for a ride to another station to complete my commute. That shoudnt be the norm.
@sfmta_muni waited 12 min at 19th and Winston for an IB M and no trains the predictions keeps extending out. This is so frustrating for people trying to get to work.
@sfmta_muni As for pulling buses as shuttles from other routes, I don’t see why that is the contingency plan. Muni knows that it’s train lines will have significant delays- it happens almost daily.
@sfmta_muni Correct, the signage display at the Winston stop did not have any remarks on the delay. As a station with infrastructure in place, providing real time access to info on the platform seems like a no brainer.
@sfmta_muni And if riders are at aware or do not want to receive push notifications? There is a message board at the station that should be displaying real information. And again, a problem was identified but no alternatives were available that would allow riders to get to work quickly.
@sfmta_muni This sort of into needs to be proactively communicated to passengers waiting at stations. Crazy that I have to ask for updates, and disappointing that any backup plan will not get me to work any sooner.
@sfmta_muni I think this is an absolute disgrace to San Francisco. Gangs of enforcement “officers” crawling platforms, ticketing residents who forced to pay higher fares than ever without seeing improvements in service and reliability. #makemuniaccountable
