@midwest_wict Phone Settings. On the iPhone, just head to Screen Time within Settings and you can put limits for apps - you can group them or keep them individual (so I have all social apps in one group)

@NLinae @midwest_wict Good point. I feel like it's a lot of expressing issues and problems. I've always said it feels "newsy" so that makes sense. I have used TW in the past to bring concerns up to a biz CS - so I'm part of the problem!
