@atmosenergy @coachburns12 Our gas was turned off due to a process you have in place....work was being done in our alley way, gas line was turned off to fix it back in August.

No notification was given and gas was completely turned off because we didn't reach out to have it turned on. We didn't know it was off. A representative told us today that is the process and because we didn't reach out within a month it was cut off and locked.
