@JustHerbsIndia I had ordered lipsticks with a free lip and cheek tint..the free gift was delivered but not my actual order that I paid for..mailed the relevant people but no response...first time shopping online and this experience has left me in a shadow ..

@JustHerbsIndia In name of Customer service, u have betrayed the trust that I have put in your brand. Because of such incidents,i don't shop online.
It was my first time redeeming the offer coupon and has left a bad taste.
got the free gift but not the lipsticks that I ordered
