@Davidcawton It actually is our money. #taxpayers. Also, the projects mentioned are private developments. This isn't exactly an apples to apples comparison.
@Davidcawton With all due respect, this is inaccurate. A brief look through your own paper's archives will get you up to speed on the number RFPs issued for consideration of reuse. To say the least, our recent history with reuse of publicly owned downtown properties is very shortsighted.
