William C.C. Kemp-Neal, a Bronx prosecutor, resigned after being caught on video allegedly attempting to meet a young boy he communicated with online.

The footage, produced by Dads Against Predators, shows Kemp-Neal fleeing when confronted in a Target parking lot.

Kemp-Neal, who handled child endangerment cases, was tackled by a bystander and questioned before police intervened.

No arrests were made, but Mount Vernon Police have promised a thorough investigation.
