@MadsMelbourne Apparently - Victoria receives 5.2 million tonnes of imports a month. If my maths is correct 0.001% has gotten through - over the period of a month.
The decisions by both the Australian Greens and One Nation to refuse to support Australian military aid to Ukraine is indefensible. Ukraine is a democratic country that has been viciously attacked by an expansionist and authoritarian Russian regime. The statement by Greens leader, David Shoebridge, that the Greens stand for nonviolence is pure cant. There is nothing in Greens policy that says we can’t support a country that has been invaded and Shoebridge should hang his head in shame at his bullying treatment of Ukrainian diaspora leaders yesterday.
Pauline Hanson is clearly following Trump’s lead here. Whose lead is Shoebridge following?
@CGDay21 Oi, straight up fark dose flightless bird farkers ... Our superior flightless emu was soooo hardcore even the army couldn't beat it. Plus we have the cassowary with the multi colour feathers to fight the LGBTIQABCDEFGHIJ-OK that's enough
@elonmusk I agree, however the monkey fist is - the U.S prints money at a rate to shame Zimbabwe. The numbers are impressive to today's standards, however the inflation as beyond nerfed it meaning any meaningful (1m+ space x colony on Mars compensation)
NSW Health is warning the public of multiple high-dose MDMA (ecstasy) tablets in circulation in NSW, found to contain a higher dose than is usually expected.
@FortniteFNLK The most part yes. More grassroots and less collabs. Having the storm for a month ALWAYS END IN FRIKEN GREEN HILL ZONE..... WEEEEGEDDDDITTTT
BREAKING:
It turns out that the Omani co-pilot was already a radicalized Islamist when he studied in Australia in 2015-2017 and that Australian intelligence agencies kept a file on him.
Australian counterterrorism authorities are now investigating Hamam al-Hammami, who tried to crash a Tel Aviv-bound flight, amid reports that he visited radical mosques and radical Islamist websites while studying in Melbourne.
Two sources briefed on the investigation said al-Hammami previously studied at a university in Melbourne.
Local reports identify it as RMIT University.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has explicitly linked the attack to Islamist radicalization, saying al-Hammami had undergone "Islamist radical indoctrination" and that investigators had uncovered information pointing to Islamist tendencies.
On the other hand, mainstream media outlets in the West labeled the radical Islamist terror attack as a "scuffle" or
"spat" between the Captain and the co-pilot.
Western states keep downplaying the threat of Islamism as the authorities in Europe don’t want to deal with the huge problem of hate preachers who radicalize young men in their mosques.
