Recall of the day. This case was started in Dec of 2017 and was medicated internally until the periodontal probing healed and signs of osseous healing were visible on the CBCT, then when completed the case. We’re 2 years out now and all is looking good.

Instantly healed!!! Just kidding. This is an apico with a membrane and bone grafting, which gives a very pleasing postop radiograph 😉. The well-delineated lucency is often indicative of a cyst (which it was in this case).
