Parents & universities need to guide their children in what careers Merit what investments . I feel very sad for her. I agree she should’ve never been loaned the money but students need to be realistic about their employment options before signing up to massive amount of debt. They are naïve.

@opti_x @RobertKennedyJc Oats should be sprouted to neutralize the anti-nutrients. If you can’t afford it by sprouted, nuts and oats, sprouted oats are very affordable.

@RobertKennedyJc As a busy mom, I find organic sprouted oats cooked with whole milk, a better alternative to cereal. Served with nuts or fruit. We have to be practical regarding peoples budget and time in feeding families oats should be sprouted and organic and in in moderation. Parents are busy.

There are high quality organic sprouted oats that we eat cooked as part of a balanced diet. A patients in her late 80s I saw had the blood vessels of a 40-year-old and regularly ate oatmeal. Agree regarding caution and moderation agree it should be sprouted and organic. Granola bars are horrific.

I don’t think that’s correct. It’s caused by a fungus that grows in old mattresses. That’s why it increased on baby sleeping on their abdomen and on reused mattresses. If you use organic cotton mattresses, it will not occur. A doctor has already determined the link but it has been buried.
