Imagine being put out of pocket for an additional R10-15k plus for car hire because they couldn’t get a relatively simple repair job done in a month. It’s taking 3 months and counting. Refusal to extend car hire. Slow to get vehicle assessed. Panel beating shop ordering is bad

Stay away from Discovery Insure. Their service is absolutely horrid. If I get time during the day I will give you all a detailed thread of our experience with them but it’s been a nightmare to say the least. They couldn’t be bothered.

@Phindimakhasi_ Late last year I struggled with shortness of breath, especially when laying down, terrible chest pains and occasionally feeling like I was shaking. I didn't think I'd still be here by now. My Doctor said that I had anxiety, I was a bit doubtful but I am a whole lot better now.

@Phindimakhasi_ One effective way of dealing with anxiety is to trust God and be assured that when you pray to Him in spirit and honesty, He hears and answers prayers. He is the creator of this universe and nothing is too difficult for Him. We stress bcos we trust in ourselves and not in Him.

Im a UCT student raped by a UCT professor on UCT premesis. I reported thus to UCT & for months they failed to act/suspend rapist. UCT has instructed me to not report the matter & keep it "internal". I received threats from rapist. I'm in witness protection.

I don’t know who teaches my dad these things but he has this new thing called “mental health check-ins” where he sits with my brother and I to find out how we’re feeling, what we need, how everything is. Etc. He’s so great at parenting. We just had a “session” now. 😂🥹♥️
