Notice of Allowance for Bump Out Patent

There is a chance that any application can be rejected, but if the examiners agree that the invention can be patented they send us a formal "Notice of Allowance." Basically, this means that we can pay a fee and receive a patent.

Filing patent applications is expensive and time consuming, so we only apply for inventions we believe are unique enough to be awarded a patent. USPTO patent examiners are thorough and check patent databases all over the world.

ModVans has applied for and been awarded multiple utility patents for design innovations including our Popup Top, Modular Popup Semi-Dry Bathroom, and Easy to Assemble Curved Cabinets.
