🚨🚨#BREAKING: #Balochistan Bar Council expresses its unequivocal support and solidarity with the lawyers of Islamabad who have raised serious concerns regarding the condition and legal rights of human rights activists @ImaanZHazir Advocate and @AdvHadiali Advocate.
It is a fundamental principle of justice that every detainee must be treated in accordance with the law and afforded all constitutional protections. In this regard, it is strongly demanded that a delegation of lawyers be immediately allowed to visit and inspect the condition of both detainees in jail, so as to ensure their well-being and to verify that their rights are not being violated.
Furthermore, it is imperative that their applications for suspension of sentence be fixed and heard at the earliest possible date. Any unnecessary delay in hearing such applications undermines the very spirit of justice and due process.
