@SW_Help Mark, can you confirm what compensation you plan to offer to those that have been paying a premium ever increasing price for what you now admit as a failing service. December was a complete joke, as has 2020 so far (that's not say that the service was much better last year)?????

@AldakDon @SW_Help Not sure I believe that as not once did I see or hear from the guard and if the was one then they should be sacked. About time @SW_Railway took action. Communication is the only thing every guard should be expected to do.

@SW_Help I don't believe that a guard was on the train. When we pulled into Waterloo i saw a guard get on and then announce that we should all get off as the train terminated at Waterloo and doors would shut soon. Rude and not necessary. Please can you also reply to my other tweets?
