I apologize, I won’t be live for either stream today.

I spent half of this past Saturday in the emergency room, and I haven’t fully recovered rest-wise from that. Getting poked and prodded at for nearly 8 hours was a 0/10 experience. I’m okay, but what I had Saturday morning that I thought was just food poisoning or some food that disagreed with me progressed into what turned out to be a deeper issue with my gallbladder. Grateful for the medical folks at the ER that uncovered it.

I promise to be back on schedule tomorrow. I’m truly sorry I’ve been flaky since late last week. At least now we know what was causing lots of it.

The Heat are sending to Milwaukee unprotected first-rounders in 2031 and 2033 along with No. 13, a pick swap in 2030 and a 2033 second-rounder, according to sources. 

The trade does not include any additional teams -- it is a one-to-one move, sources said -- but both the Heat and Bucks will execute the deal on July 6, which leaves the framework open to see if there are opportunities to expand.
