we currently do this through our 16 global residencies, where we accelerate and support founders with unrelenting ambition.

this is the beginning.

we envision a world where every formidable mind seeks out a residency to pursue their life’s work. where they are surrounded by peers hungry to maximize their potential and shape the world.

as we grow, we are looking for missionaries to carry this vision forward and bring us closer to this reality by finding those we must support.

I think I’m starting to understand why people fall in love with San Francisco.

On Saturday I celebrated my very first 4th of July and honestly… it felt like something out of a movie.

At 8:30pm i decided to walk to Crissy Field for a better view of the Golden Gate Bridge fireworks and to get my steps in!!

I had my favourite roadtrip playlist on, fully setting the vibe.

About 20 minutes in, i turned THE corner and realised… i was not the only person with this idea!!

HUNDREDS of young people were quite literally running through the streets, flying past on lime bikes, laughing and shouting to their friends.

It was dark and cool, the street lights lit the way and the streets just felt… alive.

People in red, white and blue everywhere. The US flag painted on jeans, the iconic Ralph Lauren USA jumpers and everythinggg else in between.

By the time i got to the beach i had to interrupt a very cute couple moment (sorry :))) to climb onto a ledge for a better view.

The fireworks started.

Then, despite being in completely the wrong city, Empire State of Mind perfectly queued on my playlist and i just stood there smiling.

Even though i went alone, i didn’t feel alone.

I felt surrounded by thousands of people who had all decided that this was exactly where they wanted to be.

Listening to people shout “U-S-A”, looking at the Golden Gate Bridge in the distance… it felt like a scene from a movie.

San Francisco has an energy to it.

It’s young. It’s ambitious. It’s audacious. It’s unapologetic.

And somehow… it’s got a special place in my heart already.

What has surprised me most, this visit is that underneath all of the hard work, it feels deeply communal.

There’s something really special about thousands of strangers all walking in the same direction, towards the same view, for no reason other than to experience a moment together.

For a few hours, i got to experience America in a way i’d only ever seen in films.

Don’t get any ideas though…

London will forever be home ❤️
