Two Pittsburgh charter school teachers, pictured below were fired after they posted a video of wishing, hoping, and celebrating a threat against President Trump’s life made by Iran.
Most people were outraged and happy to see them fired, while some raised the question of whether it’s a teacher’s right under freedom of speech to speak their minds.
What are your thoughts on this? Was their firing justified based on their actions?
We all have the right to speak our opinion, but I believe the charter school was correct in firing them. Their profession puts them in a position of responsibility over other people’s children .
