Should a company be allowed to offer subscription sign ups online but make cancellations only available over the phone? The FTC says no.

The idea that software engineering depends on mathematical aptitude is a pernicious, deeply held, widespread myth.
It discourages people from seeing computers as things they can control, and contributes to everything you don't like about how tech fits into society today.
