Dear Comrades,
Today, every striking banker sacrifices a day’s salary for a commitment that remains unfulfilled — Five-Day Banking.
Your sacrifice, courage and unity will not be forgotten. History will remember those who stood up, fought together and refused to surrender their rightful demand.
This fight is for our dignity, our families and the future of every banker.
Stand Firm. Stand United. Make the Strike Historic.
✊ One Cause. One Voice. One Banking Fraternity.

India’s Bank employees seek two things rooted in fairness and dignity at work.
#5DayWeekandFairPLI
The demand for a 5 Day Work Week in banks is not new. It already stands agreed upon in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. What remains is its long-pending implementation.
At the same time, the unilateral and discriminatory PLI system must be abolished and replaced with a fair, transparent and inclusive framework for all employees, recognising the collective effort behind every institution’s performance.
Hardworking bank employees are not asking for privilege. They are asking for implementation of an agreement and equality in reward.
A motivated banking workforce strengthens Indian banking and the nation.

An agreement must be honoured. A reward system must be fair.

The 5 Day Work Week for bank employees was agreed in the Bipartite Settlement of March 2024. Its implementation cannot remain pending indefinitely.
At the same time, a unilateral and discriminatory PLI framework that divides the workforce must give way to a fair, transparent and inclusive system for all employees.
Every achievement of our banks is the outcome of collective effort.
Recognition too must reflect that collective contribution.
We seek no privilege, only implementation of an agreed commitment, equality in reward and dignity at work.
@PMOIndia
Most bank employees should not struggle with paltry incentives while top ranks receive excess benefits—it’s time for fairness! #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/JdVOarDE5s

Together, we can strive for a fair PLI model that empowers all employees, rewarding them in line with the organization's true wealth. #5DayWeekandFairPLI#AIBOC@PMOIndia https://t.co/HsAdEBXugL

Absolutely fed up with @ViCustomerCare! No one is ready to resolve my issue despite multiple complaints. I have 4 Vodafone postpaid (family pack) connections and still facing poor service. If this isn’t fixed immediately, I will port all my numbers. Worst customer service ever.
I have 4 #Vodafone family postpaid connections and facing internet issues on all. Support says a beehive on the tower is causing the problem and needs 2-3 days, but it’s still unresolved. If not fixed in 2-3 dayds, I’ll be forced to port all 4 connections in 2-3 days. #VI
@Myntra Extremely disappointed! My pincode suddenly shows non-serviceable despite 5+ years of deliveries. Your customer care keeps saying “technical issue” but offers no solution while my reward points expire today. Fix this immediately or extend the points. Poor service! #Myntra
