The general notion regarding Islam and prophet Muhammad is that they both encouraged violence in people and were and not in favour of peace. It is totally baseless, because the religion Islam itself is peace and Prophet Muhammad was a lover of peace.

Prayer is another vital part of islam, there are compulsory prayers and optional ones, both are part and parcel of Islam as it was recorded that out of every man deeds whilst on earth, the foremost to be checked on the day of judgment is his prayers.

The prophet Muhammad teaches muslims to always visit the sick people. He often visits the sick and attends his care. To cheer the heart of the sick, he visited him even though the sick is a kafir or a hypocrite.

Islam gives rooms for good deeds, it enjoins us to treat ourselves with utmost respect, respecting our neighbors and treat them well. Our guests are to be treated to the best of hospitality and their needs are to be met as long as they remain our guest, they are our priorities.

If a Muslim is having a guest overnight, be hospitable and generous. But do not exaggerate when providing food and drink to your guest for balance without excess is good

People think that being a religious leader of Islam, Prophet Muhammad had nothing to do with humor, rather he was all strictness and stringency. This perception is wrong, as the prophet was the one with the finest sense of humor, the likes of which cannot be seen in anyone.
