Today, we directed the launch of the second edition of the Dubai Mallathon, the first initiative of its kind globally to transform Dubai’s shopping malls into vibrant sports and community destinations throughout the summer.

From 15 June to 15 September 2026, malls across Dubai will open daily for walking, running, and a range of sports activities. Open to all, the initiative aims to encourage a healthier, more active lifestyle by making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

We invite residents and visitors alike to join the Dubai Mallathon and take part in its diverse programmes and activities. Together, we can make movement a daily habit and wellbeing a shared goal.

Under the directives of the President of the UAE, we launch a new government model. Within two years, 50% of government sectors, services, and operations will run on Agentic AI, making the UAE the first government globally to operate at this scale through autonomous systems.

AI is no longer a tool. It analyses, decides, executes, and improves in real time. It will become our executive partner to enhance services, accelerate decisions, and raise efficiency.

This transformation has a clear timeline. Two years. Performance across government will be measured by speed of adoption, quality of implementation, and mastery of AI in redesigning government work.

We are investing in our people. Every federal employee will be trained to master AI, building one of the world’s strongest capabilities in AI-driven government.

Implementation will be overseen by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed, with a dedicated taskforce chaired by Mohammad Al Gergawi driving execution.

The world is changing. Technology is accelerating. Our principle remains constant. People come first. Our goal is a government that is faster, more responsive, and more impactful.

فيه نقطة حبيت أتعمق فيها بخصوص حديثي عن الفرق ما بين الرقابة على منصات التنبؤات مثل Polymarket، و الرقابة في الأسهم

قبل حوالي 10 سنوات كان فيه موظف آسيوي يعمل في أحد البنوك الخليجية كمتداول في أسواق الأسهم الأمريكية

و كان يتداول بإسم البنك لكن بالنيابة عن العملاء

يعني يشتري السهم بإسم البنك و البنك تلقائيا يسجله داخليا تحت اسم العميل.. هالنوع من الانظمة يسمى Nominee structure

المهم، يوم من الأيام تواصلت هيئة الأوراق المالية الامريكية (SEC) مع البنك، لأن أنظمتهم كشفت تردد مستمر ما بين عملية تداول في هالبنك مع حساب تداول آسيوي

يعني أنه كل ما الحساب الاسيوي تداول (بيع أو شراء) يقوم البنك بالتداول بعده مباشرة

و طلبوا اسم من يدير حساب التداول بإسم البنك

و اكتشفوا بعد التدقيق في الملف أن حساب التداول الاسيوي هو بإسم زوجة المتداول في البنك

ما كان يحصل باختصار هو أن المتداول كان يشتري أسهم تعتبر صغيرة أو متوسطة الحركة للعملاء بمبالغ ضخمة.. مما يعني أن مبلغ العميل سيحرك السهم فوق أو تحت

لكن قبل الشراء باسم العميل كان يشتري بحساب زوجته .. مبدأ يسمى front running

والهدف منها أن يستفيد حساب زوجته من أي ارتفاع في السعر نتيجة لعمليات تداول العميل بعده

و فالنهاية انطرد من وظيفته و ترتبت عليه غرامات و حياته انقلبت فوق تحت.. وهذه كانت أنظمة 2016

فما بالك بأنظمة 2026 و قدرة الـ AI على كشف التلاعب؟

خلاصة الكلام هو أن هالنوع من الرقابة غائب عن أسواق التنبؤات لأن المنصة هي نفسها المشرع.. خاصة في حالة Polymarket

مما يعزز من فكرة أن الاحتمالات غير متكافئة بين أي طرفين لعدم وجود رقابة فعلية على الطرف الآخر
