@9goryutenmetsu9 Are you talking about a scene that doesn’t even exist in the manga, and her one and only memorable moment ? I’d rather have a character whose moments actually show her development throughout the series than another Hinata with a broken ability that’s only useful on rare occasions

Lucy and Nami both have their own goals, ambitions, agency, intelligence, and strengths while playing vital roles in their respective stories from the very beginning. without them, their crews/teams simply wouldn’t be where they are today. i love my girls

@hardeyolu03 And don’t even try to convince us that Orihime comes anywhere close to Nami in terms of writing. A character who has been largely passive throughout the story isn’t comparable to Nami, who has her own goals, depth, and consistent narrative relevance even 1000+ chapters in.

Nami slander is so weird to me because like she has an actual character arc with goals not tied to anyone outside of her own supporting cast yet still intimately connected to both the overall narrative and the MCs own goal. She has a clear progression and vital role to play.
