For the first time since independence, North Eastern Kenya is witnessing the implementation of transformative national flagship projects. The construction of Wajir stadium, first of its kind in Wajir and Northern Kenya at large, exemplifies the government’s commitment to equitable development and inclusive growth across all regions in Kenya.
The Wajir Stadium now at 99% completion is fully on course to host the 63rd Madaraka Day celebrations. The preparations are at their final stage and all the stakeholders are committed to bringing a successful and memorable event.
Wajir stands fully prepared to host this historic national celebrations. The decision by His Excellency President William Ruto to have Wajir host this year’s celebrations is both an honour to the people of Wajir and the larger North Eastern region, and a powerful affirmation that every part of Kenya deserves equal recognition, inclusion and development.
Mohamud Salat: Kenyans should stop over-relying on third parties when it comes to energy matters.
We need to diversify our energy sources.
A country of our size and caliber should have strategic fuel reserves for times like this, just like Rwanda, China, and the USA

H.E. President William Ruto urges Kenyans, especially the youth, to turn out in large numbers ahead of the HSBC SVNS 2 at Nyayo Stadium and show the world how we rock it here!
It is unacceptable that fellow Kenyans in Mandera remain cut off from their kin and neighbours in Somalia due to the prolonged closure of the Mandera Border Post.
Accordingly, we will reopen the border post in April, restoring connectivity and revitalising cross-border trade for the mutual prosperity of our people.
@WilliamsRuto I pledge to campaign for you second term.
You have shown Kenyan how president should be. Surely we can’t pay you back but we say Thank you 🙏.
Tutam movement is real.
If 2027 elections will be decided on performance H.E Ruto is in for an easy win. But if it will be decided on tribal hatred...tribal vile, Ruto must go, onetam, Somalis have taken over Nairobi...and other irrational and hateful factors, then i don't know
Kenyans showed up in large numbers at "Tule Kienyeji" Restaurant in Nakuru to support the owner after she asked for help, as the business was close to closing due to low customers ❤️
This man is an idiot! Do Somalis need his permission to support anyone? Has he forgotten he supported Ruto to power, fervently ? Calling Somalis terrorists or illegal aliens won't help him. Hiyo ni kilio ya chura!
Bill Gates vaccines to ‘prevent cows from Farting’ have been rejected in All of Europe & America because they contain harmful substances. Gates has now decided the only place he can find people foolish enough to accept these Vaccines is Africa and Kenya specifically.
