Each one of us had paid full amount and they have taken our money , but they said our booking failed, last Monday they sent everyone an email that in 72 hours this issue will be fixed now it’s been more than 90 hours and there are rumors that Motawif said those👇#paidbutfailed

@Motawif_SA @Motawif_SA are ridiculous firstly because you put in a ‘lottery draw system�� which chose who goes and who doesn’t secondly you exploit german hajjis by charging them €8000 as the cheapest option and thirdly you fail my booking (@Motawif_SA ) And you can’t reply an email/call?

@Motawif_SA Yeh sorry, But we spent almost 7 hours with the bank trying to let a high transaction let through because they thought it was fraud and after 1:00 Am last night the payment went through and now you say the booking failed? Is this some sort of ridiculous joke

@Motawif_SA You all i dont know if anyone has had a problem contacting them like me but is the contact numbers all fake or am i missing something because it keeps on saying ‘Called failed’ and when trying the Saudi phone number it keeps on saying ‘The number was disconnected’
