في اجتماع حلف الناتو سنة ..2023 طلبت اسبانيا ادراج سبتة ومليلية وجزر الكناري ضمن حلف الناتو لكن الاتحاد الاوربي رفض
عادت اسبانيا وطلبت نفس الشي في اجتماع 2024 واجتماع 2025 لكن طلبها تم رفضه بالاجماع لان سبتة ومليلية اراضي مغربية في قارة افريقيا والناتو لا يعمل خارج حدود اوروبا.

اسبانيا لم تيأس طلبت مجددا قبل شهرين في اجتماع 2026 الناتو ادراج سبتة ومليلية ضمن حدود الحلف مع انها تعلم ان طلبها سيتم رفضه .... ترامب قال للمجتمعين انسوا هذا الموضوع لانه لن يحدث ابدا .
اسبانيا شعرت انها اهينت مجددا من قبل ترامب وامام الاوربيين

فكانت في حاجة لتقديم عذر يدفع الاوربيين للتفكير مجددا حول مسالة ادراج سبتة ومليلية وجزر الكناري ضمن حلف الناتو هذا كان حلمها منذ وقت طويل حتى تشرعن احتلالها لهذه الاراضي المغربية ..
فتم حياكة خطة خبيثة ....اصدرت المحكمة الاسبانية قبل شهر فجأة قرار ان كل مهاجر يدخل لسبتة ومليلية المحتلة لن يسمح قانونيا باعادته لبلده هذا القرار كان موجه للمغاربة طبعا و خرج للاعلام وانتشر بين الشباب المغاربة بسرعة ....يعني اي انسان يفكر في الهجرة سيعتبر هذا القرار من المحكمة حلم وتحقق

اكثر من هذا فقد قامت جهات تعمل في الخفاء وغالبا مخابرات اسبانية قامت بارسال روابط مواقع على الواتساب ومجموعات فيسبوك على صفحات المغاربة تقول ان بوابات سبتة ستفتح في يوم محدد وهو يوم عيد العرش ...لماذا تم اختيار هذا اليوم بالضبط ؟؟

لانه معظم افراد الامن المغربي والشرطة في المنطقة منشغلين في هذا اليوم بحفل البيعة الذي يقام في عيد العرش الوطني المغربي وفي نفس المدينة التي يربطها بوابة مع سبتة...لهذا السبب اختاروا هذا اليوم .

نجحت الخطة الاسبانية وفجأة هبت امواج من المهاجرين دخلوا سبتة وكانت وسائل الاعلام الاسبانية تنتظرهم جاهزة لتصوير تلك المشاهد الصعبة حتى يراها العالم كله ...و تبين ان الامن الاسباني اختفى فجاة لماذا يا ترى ؟؟

وهكذا وجدت اسبانيا مشهد درامي لطالما بحثت عنه حتى تقدمه على طبق من ذهب للاوربيين ذريعة تقدمها لاوربا على ان الامن الاوربي في خطر وعليه يجب ادراج سبتة ومليلية ضمن حلف الناتو...وفي نفس الوقت تحصل على مساعدات مالية اضافية بالمليارات لان اسبانيا تستخدم ورقة المهاجرين لابتزاز الاتحاد الاوربي والحصول على اموال بالمليارات سنويا.

هذه الخطة الخبيثة الاسبانية ...كان هدفها هو اظهار ان المغرب خطر على امن الاتحاد الاوربي وان الحل هو شرعنة احتلال مدينة سبتة ومليلية لتجنب الهجرة مجددا وذلك عبر ضمها لحلف الناتو لان اسبانيا ترى ان المغرب يتسلح باسلحة متطورة من اسرائيل وامريكا وهي تعلم ان اليوم الذي سيطلب فيه المغرب باستعادة اراضيه المحتلة هو قريب جدا ....
لهذا السبب ايضا اسبانيا تبتز اسرائيل اعلاميا ودبلوماسيا بورقة غزة ...لانها تريد من اسرائيل ان تتوقف عن تسليح المغرب .

المغرب مستحيل والف مستحيل ان يكون على علم بما كان سيحدث ..وخاصة في ذالك التوقيت بالذات يوم اهم عيد وطني في البلاد عيد العرش لما له من رمزية ملكية وعلاقة بين الشعب والملك المغربي ..لو كان المغرب يريد مثلا فعل ذلك ... لاختار اي يوم اخر غير ذالك اليوم .
بالمنطق ؟؟ من الملك الذي يريد في يوم عيد العرش والبيعة ان يرى شعبه في تلك المشاهد ؟؟ مستحيل والف مستحيل .
اذا كذبة ان المغرب كان يعلم هذا افتراء على المغرب ومحاولة الصاق التهمة به مع انه هو الضحية.

the story did not begin with the migration wave itself. It began years earlier inside NATO meeting rooms.
At the 2023 NATO summit, Spain reportedly sought to have Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands explicitly included under NATO's collective defense umbrella. The proposal was not adopted. Spain returned with the same objective during the 2024 and 2025 summits, yet the initiative once again failed to gain the necessary support.
Undeterred, Madrid allegedly raised the issue again during the 2026 NATO summit, despite knowing that success remained highly unlikely. According to this narrative, U.S. President Donald Trump dismissed the proposal outright, telling those present to forget the matter because it was "never going to happen."
For Spain, this was seen as another diplomatic humiliation in front of its European partners.
From that moment, Madrid needed a powerful justification—one capable of convincing Europe to reconsider extending NATO's protection to Ceuta, Melilla, and perhaps even the Canary Islands. Such recognition, supporters of this theory argue, would effectively reinforce Spain's control over these disputed territories.
Then, events began to unfold rapidly.
A Spanish court unexpectedly issued a ruling stating that migrants entering Ceuta and Melilla could no longer be returned to their countries of origin under certain legal circumstances. News of the decision spread quickly across Moroccan social media, where many young people dreaming of migration interpreted it as an unprecedented opportunity.
At the same time, anonymous links reportedly circulated through WhatsApp groups and Facebook pages, claiming that the border gates of Ceuta would open on a specific date: Morocco's Throne Day.
Why that day?
the timing was no coincidence. Throne Day is one of Morocco's most important national celebrations, during which large numbers of Moroccan security personnel are engaged in official ceremonies, including the traditional Bay'ah ceremony held in the very region bordering Ceuta.

Then Large crowds suddenly headed toward Ceuta, while Spanish media appeared ready to capture dramatic scenes that would quickly dominate headlines around the world. At the same time, critics questioned the limited visibility of Spanish security forces during the initial stages of the events.
The result was exactly the kind of dramatic images that could be presented before European institutions as evidence that Europe's southern frontier was under pressure—thereby strengthening Spain's long-standing argument for bringing Ceuta and Melilla under NATO's security framework.
This crisis also served another purpose: securing additional European financial support, since migration management has long been one of the issues through which Spain negotiates greater EU funding.
From this perspective, the ultimate objective was to portray Morocco as a security threat to Europe and to build political momentum for legitimizing Spain's continued control over Ceuta and Melilla.
As for Morocco, this narrative firmly rejects any suggestion that Rabat orchestrated or anticipated the events.
Its supporters argue that it would have made no sense for Morocco to allow such scenes to unfold on Throne Day—the country's most symbolic national celebration, representing the historic bond between the King and the Moroccan people. Had Morocco intended to engineer such an event, they argue, it would never have chosen the most sensitive and prestigious day on the national calendar.
For that reason, they view accusations that Morocco knowingly facilitated the events as unfounded and believe that Morocco itself became the principal victim of the crisis.
The narrative then turns to Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.
It argues that Sánchez, together with his political advisers, understood how to shape public opinion across the Arab world by presenting himself as a vocal supporter of Gaza and the Palestinian cause .
