@raakeshchhopra @DTDCIndia @SubhasishDTDC That is the greatness of DTDC . They will charge fees. They will not deliver. Package missed means they will not respond.they will send template. They customer will keep calm after multiple follow ups. Better to #banDtdc

@AshishPawar49 @DTDCIndia Better to inform vendor and change the courier service. Compensation vendor is responsibility. Because DTDC WILL SEND TEMPLATE MAILS FOR MORE THAN 6 months
