@DTDCIndia the lady manning the counter needs some training on customer handling as this is the worst DTDC center I have seen anywhere...the person has no problem making customers go round and round, Post office seems to be 5 star compares to this center (2)

@DTDCIndia The outlet near the Whitefield police station only accepts cash payments. They do not carry a card machine, nor do they encourage Paytm payments, stating we have an ATM upstairs. When we take money from ATM and bring them they say they don't have change (1)
