This is inhuman and injustice from @ICC . Dinusha scored 420 runs where as padikal scored 328 runs which is huge gap of almost 100 runs. Still padikal got player of the tournament.

The special judge (B.Shiva Shankar Rao) mentioned by you is a retired judge and chairman of the 'Judicial Preview Committee (JPC)' which was constituted by the govt of Andhra Pradesh. He was appointed as the chairman of JPC in 2019. JPC is not responsible for the selection of bidders rather it just makes observations on the requests of the bidders. The phrase "Judicial Review" mentioned by you does not mean that it has any constitutional validity when the person observing the procedure for approving tenders is neither constitutionally appointed nor does he have anything to do with the High Court of AP. He can be considered just like any other employee of the AP Govt.

Also, the findings of 'Judicial Preview' by the JPC were only concluded on August 17th, 2022 whereas the MoU was already signed with the company on June 16th, 2022. If the bidding procedure was done so transparently, can you answer why the MoU was signed prior to the findings of Judicial Preview being concluded? Why was the AP govt in a haste to sign MoU with a company that's heading towards bankruptcy? Even the CEO of the company acknowledged the fact that the govt had signed the MoU at a rapid pace. Can you clearly upload the transcript of the entire procedure online for the public to understand who participated in the bid and what were the exact opinions and comments of all the bidders?

So, we request you not to confuse the general public with your pseudo-intellectual wordplay.

Now, let's have a look at your govt's performance as far as education is concerned. Please feel free to share your opinion on the findings below taken from your official govt data:

> The number of schools in the state has come down to 59,186 in 2022-23 from 63,824 in 2019-20

> 61% decline in the enrollment at pre-primary level in 2021-22 when compared to 2020-21. The decline is 90% in govt schools.

> 39,000 teacher posts in primary schools and 11,888 teacher posts in high schools are laying vacant as per 2021-22 data.

> There are a total of 12,386 schools in the state with a single teacher. The student to Teacher ratio is pathetic at 1:46 ; 1:66 ; 1:97 for Science, Maths and Social Studies respectively.

> Kadapa recorded the highest dropout rate, the district your leader @ysjagan hails from.

> No Mega DSC, Teacher Recruitments.

> There are no toilet facilities for boys in 8464 schools and for girls in 1951 schools.

This is just a glimpse of the grand failure of your govt in providing quality education.
