I am eligible as per the records of grama sacchivalyam for JVD and haven't received any funds. I've gone to the secretariat multiple times frequently . They complain on it being an APGVB account. It would help many Please do the needful regarding this.

Please do understand the levels of stress the students are going through with incompleted syllabus, bad online teaching experience, project works in lockdown. Sir, We only have to panic at every moment. We understand need to be strong and live with it ,but we need time adapting.
