@VizagPanda In Singapore, in year 2007, their purple line was under utilised. North East side , hardly any passengers as those were having empty lands. Today its over crowded.

Metro helped the growth there. That's true for all city. Empty metro station Agra, would help our future.

@VizagPanda In Bhubaneswar, govt scrapped metro project as they found it non viable. Commuter scolding govt because of daily traffic problem.

So not having one is being considered bad here.

@naveenanand143 In an apartment, all house are being sold. So which floor is best is just a feel good factor and only possible when you buy early.

We need a decent family as neighbour in side and up/down floor. Major irritation comes from above floor.

I am happy with my MG Hector (top end). I drove 1800 km in 5 days of long highway trip with family and I had zero fortige. I bought Petrol Automatic 5 seater one. Current millage is 9-12 km per litre.

XUV 700 petrol automatic top end cost around 27L and millage is 5km.

I liked both but 5 lakhs savings helped me to choose Hector over 700.

There is no right choice here. You sit and one would automatically be your choice.
