@Swiggy I ordered food around 1.05 PM for lunch which showed delivery in 1 hour. After 2 hours of the placing the order and long wait, I got massage that my order is canceled due to Operational Issue. So I called the customer care for asking why after 2 hrs I am getting this.

If restaurant charges 250 for an item, app shows 330 for the same here and then this kind of service is offered. After 3 hrs of wait food is ordered finally that even cold and customer executive acts like machine and dont help. Just to avoid refund they are replacing the order.
