@Mathews1854 My vendor has been in touch with Tom T. Happy to message the full name if needed. He has been trying to get a response from him for over an month and a half.

@Mathews1854 That site suggests working thru the dealer which we did and it’s been 1.5 months. Anyone we can contact directly? One window does not even latch and drops down suddenly. Another’s child lock jammed and doesn’t work anymore! We got the windows in feb.
