@houseoffraser - I've been trying to reach someone for an order i placed for 1 day delivery many days ago, I had order confirmation, but no further details and had no support, even after submitting multiple requests online for information. Can someone please help support??
@theleylands@houseoffraser Ridiculous really, no option but to dispute charges to at least get the money back!! Its criminal how they think they can charge us and not provide the items that we have paid for.
@Motor_Ombudsman - its so disheartening to see individuals suffer not only due to covid, but also due to long winded processes to find a 'resolution' where clearly the big companies are in the wrong. I hope some fast track resolution is made to help him

@TataCLiQCare I’m quite appalled by the speed of customer service response from @TataCLiQ@TataCLiQCare . I have been charged with ₹1.16lakh extra on my card, and nothing is being done to resolve it so far. My credit card is still blocked, it’s been a week.
