@OmbudsmanTweets would really like to bring the issue resolution, complains handling procedure of @HiveHomeUK@HiveHelper to your attention. My issue has still not been resolved & there are so many failures in their process. I am not the only one affected. You should investigate

@centricaplc as the parent company, you’ll should really set a standard how @HiveHomeUK operate and handle their customer issues (and failure is from their end to fulfill). Want to bring this to your attention

@GraemeKTID84@HiveHelper HIVE’s customer service has declined massively over the years. I’ve been a customer with them for a long time and now it’s horrible. And their customer service agents on the phone will never fix issues for you. Avoid if you can and use another company or system if you can.

@jet_1221@HiveHomeUK I know exactly what you mean. I am going through a similar situation where they never call back to resolve the issues or keep to their promise of “we will call you back”. Def lost me as a loyal customer too. We should continue informing ppl of how bad the customer service is. 👍🏽
