Package still not recieved as of 26-May

I haven’t recieve any out-for-delivery message or any call so far. Pls provide direct number of the delivery station where package is located so that I can self track and coordinate since no one is calling me and customer care is helpless

I suggest you folks setup mechanisms for your associates to prove with some location/time based screenshot or photo of themselves at delivery location for claiming delivery failure

This itself speaks about the inefficient and unfaithful delivery associates in your delivery team.
