The delivery executive marked the shipment as Delivered without taking the mandatory OTP from the customer. As per Amazon protocol, OTP verification is required before completing delivery.

Your delivery agent pocketed ₹5,500 COD, falsified the RTO, and returned a fake parcel — all recorded on CCTV.

This is criminal fraud (Section 420 IPC).
