@duCares i have been facing WIFI connection issues since last 2 days, when you go through the IVR it asks you to enter mobile number and someone would call you. 48hrs and counting to get a response from your poor customer service team. No internet connection
@duCares Still waiting. I believe you will never be able to resolve this problem. No internet at all. 5G/2G nothing works and you charges are sky rocketing

@duCares Hi Du, i am tired of calling and sending emails to your team. No one bothers to rectify the issue (No access to Amazon prime) inspite of sending screenshots via email. Timelime given is 24-48hrs but no outvome since 4days. Your agents dont even read the emails properly
