@SwiggyCares customer care is pathetic. Its been over a month. After 50 calls & emails, they still cant figure out the issue and keep asking if i am sending email from reg email id. Its testing my patience everyday for rs5000 defective order. I feel they’re doing it deliberately

@zomatocare @zomatocare called me after 3 days of issue and he says the same shit as their chatbot says. They're here just to take your money! Restaurant hasn't received the money nor does the customer! Well played @zomatocare @zomato

@zomato new scam! My delivery guy couldn't deliver the order and he returned the order to the restaurant without permission. I went to the restaurant to take the order they say that the order is cancelled and they haven't received any payment

@EurekaForbes My aquaguard is not working since 10 days now! I have a kidney patient in house and for 10 days he has been drinking bottled water because the company cannot find a part in Ahmedabad.
He is today been admitted to the hospital because of infection.

whereas @zomato chat says they have compensated the restaurant. Zomato has taken the benefit of the whole order value in between! And they're smart enough to not solve such matter immediately by removing the human chat support.

@AxisBank Their club vistara card is a big scam! @AxisBankSupport doesn't know how to activate club vistara account as promised. Club vistara doesn't care to reply for a week and ghosts their customers week after week! After sending 23 reminders @TataCompanies Customer support??
