@credofly Taj Bekal. Was there last week, and the pool villa was 👌. Food at all 3 restaurants didn’t disappoint either, specially the coastal cuisine at By the Bay. If you’ve an AMEX voucher, use that for upgrade to the pool villa. Top notch hospitality.

29 November: A320 Software Issue, a 3 hours delay on @airindia flight.
December 3: @IndiGo6E staff shortage, less than 35% OTP. Finally on my flight after 2 cancellations and 3 re-schedules.
Chose a bad week to fly this wedding season.

@LiveFromALounge As a Bengaluru resident, eagerly waiting for this to go live! A great deal of all economy Vistara sectors got converted to AIX post merger, and this redemption integration is much needed

Placed an order on March 24th. Supposed to be delivered by 7th April.
It’s 18th May today, and despite multiple follow up calls, consumer helpline grievances, no refund has been processed after breaching the promised delivery.
@MyntraSupport@myntra@mukeshbansal06 Shared the order ID. Please act swiftly in this and provide a resolution. As per multiple escalations I’ve raised, it is being worked upon by people on very high priority but looks like not enough to think about someone’s hard earned money stuck with your company.
An underrated aspect of UPI was to convince a vegetable seller, mochi or chaat wala in 2016, someone with not the highest levels of economic or tech literacy, that you will tap some buttons on a phone, and he will receive money in an imaginary online wallet instead of cash. That is an astonishing leap for someone who never had access to a smartphone, internet and an online account previously.
Think of the first time you ever bought something online in the 2000s, and how wary you were. Will I receive the goods? What if it is a scam? What if my money is lost? Indians, especially the poor, are not given enough credit for being so open to adopting new technology, at times, even in a language completely alien to them.
@GoyalMalini@UnboxingBlr Try booking a cab in Bangalore. Or hailing an auto ride at a fair price for that matter. A good software can't run on crappy hardware.
