@getscapia@scapiasupport pathetic user experience. Applied for scapia credit card since long back. Video kyc completed but after 6 days also no support or help to get the process completed. Shared all details with support team but still no assistance. Will not recommend ahead.
@UPI_NPCI The application provider is Google Pay who is not assisting in this matter as required. I will loose my money if no relevant team/ authority intervenes.

I am trying to liase with gpay support team since a long time but everyone are misguiding.
Request India Govt and NPCI to look into the issue.

I have shared all details multiple times but no one assisting.
@GooglePayIndia Inspite of providing all details. No revert coming from the team.
The upi transactions done via gPay doesn't seem secure and full proof.
Will definitely recommend to improvise and help the customers in timely manner. The customer support is quite badly managed.

Fraud and cheating happening with no assistance being provided by GPay team.
Money is getting debited from bank account but not getting credited to gPay upi lite.

You keep tollfree number for buying a new policy but nothing once policy is bought.

I am really unsure how a company as big as this easily looses customer and doesn't really bother to resolve this.

Pathetic after service and if you want to place return order, the team doesn't want to help.
Really disappointed with the product and service this time.
Easily loosing customers with this attitude.
