Most Indian SaaS companies look West for customers. @AiSensy_wa built its success by winning India first.

My conversation with @mohitxdua two months ago still pushes me to scale better today.

A common SaaS model here is simple: hire in India and sell to the US, UK & Europe, where pricing and margins are higher.

Nothing wrong with that. But building for Indian businesses, making the economics work here, and then going global is much harder.

AiSensy says it now serves 210,000+ businesses across 68+ countries. Mohit also told me that while they manage thousands of businesses, their support team has just eight people.

The last thing he told me was: “Everything’s going on. You should just scale well.”

Simple advice, but it still sits with me.
