Shame on all those journalists, especially the senior ones who will put out stories today on how the ECI has denied the story by @RitikaChopra__. You could not do the work she did, at least stop being govt’s puppet for a day. Instead ask for accountability. Millions suffering
The national rollout of the SIR has been under the supervision of all three Election Commissioners. But two of them, Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi, have formally objected, on record, at least 14 times over the last 10 months — four times on a single day — to decisions taken and orders issued, they say, without their knowledge.

If the Court has clarified that he is not under detention, then under what authority is this happening?
In an enlightened democracy, is the role of the police to protect citizens and uphold the law, or to control citizens on behalf of those in power?
These are questions every Indian should be asking.
