My 1st case was the murder of tailor Maqsood in a fake police encounter by ASI of PS Shahrah-e-Faisal in Jan 2018. Then SSP East Samiullah Soomro declared it genuine; a DIG (now CCPO) publicly defended it. ASI got a cash prize. Logical conclusion? ASI got death penalty from ATC.
